Happy New Year — and Why Good Resolutions Are a Waste of Time

Good resolutions without bringing them to life are a waste of time

It’s that time again … the old year is behind us. And we are at the beginning of a new section — not infrequently with a bunch of good resolutions in tow.

Admittedly, 2020 was definitely a very special year. We all know one of the major reasons. And it will probably be with us for a long time.

Is that why our resolutions for this year have changed?

What matters is which lessons and, above all, ideas did we take with us from 2020? And more importantly: can we also implement these in 2021?

Each and every one of us has to give our own answers.

The fact is: Good resolutions are as patient as the paper they are written on or the smartphone on which they were typed. Without their implementation, everything will more or less remain the same. And that makes them a waste of time.

Therefore, in the interest of each individual (from a selfish perspective) and in the interest of the community (out of the responsibility of each individual), let us put our good intentions into practice.

Talk less, do more!

With this attitude, I am absolutely sure that 2021 will be a good year. Despite all the upcoming challenges.
